1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging BuildFlow for engineering, AI automation, or custom software development services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Services
BuildFlow delivers professional full-stack web engineering, native mobile applications, SaaS architectures, and autonomous AI systems. Specific deliverables, sprint schedules, milestones, and payment terms are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW) executed between BuildFlow and the client.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless specified otherwise in a dedicated contract, upon full payment for services, all bespoke source code, architectures, database schemas, and digital deliverables created specifically for the client become the sole property of the client.
4. Warranties & Limitation of Liability
We stand behind the code we ship with dedicated QA and testing protocols. However, services and software provided are delivered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, subject to the warranties explicitly stated in the formal client agreement.
